Blend by Garrett Lynch takes your ip address and animates each section of it as a 255 colour value. Starting from the first number in the ip it increments up or down to the next number and loops at the end of the ip back to the first number. Each time Blend is loaded by a user it is unique to them, their location and their computer. It is a unique visual identity.

Initially conceived in Adobe Director and php as a generative banner for bannerart.org and later reworked as a larger stand alone browser work, this is a ported version of Blend to Javascript and php for the Peripheral Forms exhibition, ****** from the **/**/** to the **/**/**.
